ESA Frequently Asked Questions
🟢 Yes! iTutorExpress is now an officially approved ESA provider in Florida. Families can enroll for the 2025–2026 school year and use their Step Up funds to fully cover their child’s pod tuition. We’ll walk you through the entire ESA payment process after you reserve your spot.

Our programs are designed to meet Florida ESA requirements for eligible instructional services.
✅ Families will log in to their ESA portal
Select iTutorExpress as a provider
Submit payment or request reimbursement based on your account type ( direct pay or reimbursement ) Most ESA families will select “Pay Provider” in the Step Up portal, allowing your monthly pod fee to be paid directly.
iTutorExpress will submit required documentation (progress reports, attendance, etc.) as needed
4. Will I receive a receipt or documentation for ESA reimbursement?
✅ Yes. Every enrolled family will receive:
An official invoice
Program summary
Attendance and progress tracking
These can be used for ESA reimbursement or direct billing uploads inside the Step Up portal
5. Do I need to pay anything upfront?
✅ We only require a non-refundable reservation fee to hold your child’s spot in our academic pods. Once ESA approval is confirmed. Reservation fees are applied toward your first ESA invoice after approval.
✅ If your approval is delayed:
If your child’s ESA funding is still pending due to Step Up delays, your spot will remain reserved and your child may begin instruction under a temporary payment hold.
