Eligible families may use iTutorExpress through approved ESA or scholarship funding in the following states:

Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

We serve students nationwide and are actively expanding our state approvals.

How does ESA or scholarship billing work?

iTutorExpress is approved to accept Education Savings Account and scholarship funding across multiple states.

We guide families and district partners through the full documentation process, including invoicing, service descriptions, attendance tracking, and required reporting to ensure seamless reimbursement and compliance.

What does a district contract look like?

District partnerships are structured based on program scope and student volume. We offer flexible models including:

• Per-student 12-week intervention pricing
• Full pod pricing (4–6 students per pod)
• Multi-pod or phased implementation agreements

Each agreement includes structured literacy instruction, formal progress reporting (Baseline, Midpoint, Final), attendance documentation, and compliance-ready records. Custom service agreements can align with MTSS Tier 2 or Tier 3 intervention frameworks.

How are students grouped into pods?

Students are placed into pods of 4–6 based on baseline reading assessment results. Pods are grouped by skill level rather than grade to ensure each student receives targeted, appropriately leveled instruction from day one.

What assessment data do you provide to districts?

Districts receive three formal reports during each 12-week cycle:

• Baseline Assessment Report (at enrollment)
• Midpoint Skill Progress Report (Week 6)
• Final Progress Summary with recommendations (Week 12)

All documentation is structured to meet compliance and reporting requirements.

Do you serve students with IEPs or special education needs?

Yes. iTutorExpress has successfully served students with a range of learning needs, including students on the autism spectrum.

Our structured literacy approach is explicit, systematic, and multisensory — making it naturally supportive for diverse learners.

For students with significant individualized needs, we may recommend dedicated 1-on-1 virtual instruction to ensure personalized pacing, enhanced visual supports, and simplified task structures.

Our small pod model ensures no child is lost in the group, and our goal for every student is measurable, documented reading growth.

What are your session scheduling options?

Sessions run three times per week, 45 minutes per session, delivered live virtually through a secure platform.

Scheduling is coordinated with the district or family at enrollment and can align with existing school-day structures when needed.

How many students can you serve per district?

iTutorExpress operates using a scalable pod model. Each pod serves 4–6 students per 12-week cycle.
