Ana Soto is the founder and Program Director of iTutorExpress. She oversees curriculum design, tutor training, and instructional quality. With over five years of experience in virtual education and bilingual learning, Ana brings a dynamic vision to the academy. She has completed a national background check through Checkr and supervises all tutor onboarding to ensure alignment with ESA standards.

Lead Teacher (K–5)

Amarilys Gierbolini is a certified public school teacher currently serving at Marvin Camras Elementary in the Chicago Public Schools system. She holds valid teaching credentials and has completed all required background checks and fingerprinting through CPS.

With extensive experience in literacy instruction, small group teaching, and student success planning, she leads our K–5 small group academic support pods with warmth, structure, and academic rigor.

Amarilys specializes in supporting diverse learners, including students with autism, ADHD, and other special education needs, using evidence-based strategies that build confidence and measurable progress in reading and writing.
